67bd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 67bd platform and its user ("you" or "user"). By creating an account at 67bd or using the platform, you are considered to have agreed to the full contents of these Terms. Please read these Terms completely and carefully before using the service.

1 General Provisions and Definitions

In these Terms, "67bd", "platform" or "site" refers to the website https://67bd.mom and all services associated with it. "Service" refers to online betting, casino games, slots, cricket betting and other related activities provided by 67bd.

"User" refers to any person who has created an account at 67bd or is browsing the platform. "Account Balance" refers to the total of funds deposited by the user and bonuses earned. "Bonus Funds" refers to incentive money provided by 67bd that becomes withdrawable after meeting specified conditions.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the interpretation of 67bd's management shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at 67bd, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Providing a false age at the time of registration will result in immediate cancellation of the account and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If any person attempts to open multiple accounts using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method, all accounts will be closed.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account creation must be true, accurate and up to date. 67bd may at any time request additional documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Responsibility and Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login credentials completely confidential. Sharing account access with any other person is prohibited. If you notice unauthorised access or suspicious activity, contact 67bd support immediately.

All transactions carried out through the account shall be considered the user's own responsibility; this policy also applies to unauthorised use by third parties unless it is proven that there was a fault in 67bd's own security systems.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported at 67bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Additional methods may be added in the future; see the payment section of the platform for the latest list.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each payment method
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

4.3 Deposit Terms

Funds may only be deposited from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Depositing using a third party's payment account is prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the funds will be returned and the account may come under investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

To submit a withdrawal request, account verification must be completed. If bonus funds are present, they will be withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met. If any fees apply at the time of the withdrawal request, these will be communicated separately.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

67bd offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200; depositing ৳14,000 will attract the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, a 15 (fifteen) times wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposited amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers before withdrawing the winnings from that bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Meeting the wagering requirement before converting bonus funds into real money is mandatory.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period from the date the bonus is received, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• 67bd reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If suspicious activity is detected on any promotional offer, 67bd may cancel the bonus.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All betting markets and games offered at 67bd have their own rules, which can be found in each game's interface or in the relevant game provider's guidelines. It is the user's responsibility to read the applicable rules carefully before placing a bet.

6.2 Technical Errors

If any transaction remains incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection or other technical issue, 67bd will make its final decision based on server logs. In such cases, server records will take priority over the user's claims.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

The terms and conditions of game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi also apply. 67bd does not have direct control over the operation of these providers' games and is not responsible for their technical errors.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 67bd platform and may result in immediate account termination if they occur:

• Conducting any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing other users.
• Operating multiple accounts using false identities or information.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment systems.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intention of abusing any promotional offer on the platform.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Authority of 67bd

67bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Creating an account with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to verify age or being identified as a minor.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the User

You may contact 67bd support at any time to request closure of your account. Before the account is closed, all applicable wagering requirements must be met and the balance must be withdrawn.

9 Limitation of Liability

67bd is committed to providing the safest and most reliable service possible. However, 67bd will bear no liability in the following cases:

• Financial losses caused by the user's own actions.
• Losses caused by internet service provider errors or connection problems.
• Losses caused by technical errors in third-party game provider software.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen events (force majeure) such as natural disasters and cyber attacks.
• Data theft caused by viruses or malware on the user's device.

67bd's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
